LOCAL CHURCH ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. The church regrets to announce that Juliet Muyembe passed away on 13th January 2013 and was put to rest on Wednesday 16th January 2013. The church is encouraged to pray, support and encourage the Muyembe family especially that Juliet is survived by a baby born during her sickness.
2. The Muyembe family would like to thank the church for the spiritual and material support rendered during the sickness and the funeral of their late daughter Juliet Muyembe
3. All singing groups including the church choir should take note that membership is subject to approval by the 2013 church board and business. Meanwhile, all existing singing groups should seek approval to sing in the church and should submit their names to the elder in charge of Music (Elder Kasakula).
4. Church departments with the exception of AY are reminded once more that the church plot is available for your meetings.
5. Camp meeting committee will be reporting to Elder Mubanga Kateule.
6. The deadline for announcements is Thursday every week. Announcements from departments should reach the Church Clerk by 17:00hrs. Departments are discouraged from organizing meetings on the Sabbath unless there is an emergency.
7. There will be a Dorcas meeting after main service. All Dorcas members to remain.
8. We are all invited for the afternoon programme. We shall have a Bible study entitled ‘Christian Love’.
DISTRICT ANNOUNCEMENTS
1.There will be a Spirit of Prophesy seminar on 27th January 2013 at M’tendere Main SDA Church starting at 08:00hrs. To attend are all local church SOP leaders, serving elders and all church members willing to attend. Carry packed lunch.
2.All AMO Church Leaders, Secretaries and Elders in charge to meet at M’tendere main on Sabbath 19th January 2013 at 15:00hrs.
