  1. 1.Today 9th March 2013 is Publishing promotion and we have preachers from the conference.
  2. 2.Next Sabbath 16th March 2013 will be AMO promotion day
  3. 3.There will be Church board at 8hrs and church business meeting at 14hrs on Sunday 17th March 2013 at Vera Chiluba school. All departmental heads to collect quarter ending report forms from the Church clerk.
  4. 4.There will be an AY Singles outing at Amusement Park on Tuesday 12th March 2013. Charges KR25 per person.
  5. 5.There will be cleaning work at the church plot on 12th March 2013 at 9hrs. Please bring with you working tools such as slashers, hoes, shovels,rakes, axes, wheelbarrows etc.
  6. 6.The AY week of prayer starts on 16th March 2013 through to 23rd March 2013 which is AY day.
  7. 7.There will be a meeting for Church clerks and Elders in charge of church clerks at Kabwata church on 10th March 2013 time 8hrs. (Conference Announcement)
  8. 8.There will be a District music workshop at Mtendere main church on 10th March 2013 at 8hrs.
  9. 9.All deacons and deaconesses to remain after main service.
  10. 10.There will be a PM council today at 14hrs. All members to attend.
  11. 11.All church leaders please check on the time management for your programmes. If you do not have copies kindly see your elder in charge.

District Announcements

  1. 1.There will be departmental Councils on 24th March 2013 at M’tendere Main at 08:00hrs
  1. 2.There will be three days adventurer’s camp from 5th – 7th April, 2013, parents are requested to contribute Kr 50=00 towards transport and food.
  2. 3.There will be Conference drill/skill camp from 14th – 21 April 2013, all those will camp should contribute Kr 80=00 per person.
  3. 4.There will be district Pathfinder drill team preps at M’tendere main on 10th March 2013 from 8 – 12hrs.
  4. 5.There will Master Guide council on Sunday 10th March 2013, from 09:00brs to 11hrs. All Master Guides to attend.
  5. 6. The deadline for paying the 475 U.S. Dollars for the festival of the Laity in South Africa is now the 22nd March 2013. Please take advantage and pay now.  The transport we shall use is intercape at Kr 890 Round trip.  Please make your passports ready and yellow fever vaccinations.
  6. 7.A church membership system (cms) seminar of church clerk's & elders in charge will be conducted by Zambia Union on Sunday 10 March 2013 NOW at KABWATA church 08:30- 15:30hrs, light lunch will be provided. Participants will do well to carry additional packed lunch. Come with laptops and internet modems where possible. Each district can also bring one knowledgeable person in IT to help with formulas.  
  7. 8.There will be muluse zone campmeeting general meeting on tuesday 12th march 2013 at muluse campsite starting. at 09:00hrs. main item on agenda: elections of campmeeting committees.
  8. 9.There will Docas and Amo seminar at Libala church this Sunday 10th March 2013. This will be conference wide 08:00hrs.
  9. 10.We shall have Lay preachers’ seminar for LUSAKA ZONE on the 17th  March at Libala church at 08:30 hrs at Libala
