1. Local Church announcements
1. Today is Communications Day. The theme is Tell the World-Internet Outreach. In the afternoon we will have presentations on the use of internet for outreach.
2. 2. We will have an adhoc business meeting immediately after main service today. All Church members are requested to remain behind.
3. 3. May is a drug awareness month. Health Department is requested to take note and incorporate drug awareness in health promotions talk for this month.
4. 4.The Camp Committee has maintained camp meeting goals for last year. Members who are not aware of their goals to see the camp meeting committee members/chairperson Sr. Kamocha.
5. There is an Elders Certification seminar by the Conference going on at Libala SDA since 1st May 2013. All ordained elders, serving or non-serving are invited to attend. The seminar will run up to Sunday 5th May 2013.
District announcements
1. 1. Elders certification seminar that started on 1st May 2013 17:00 at Libala SDA Church will run upto Sunday 5th May 2013 16:30hrs.
All elders should continue attending in readiness for certification on Sunday 5th May 2013.
2. 2. The will be a meeting for all A.Y Secretaries and recreation directors at M’tendere main on Sunday 5th May 2013 at 09:00hrs. Secretaries to come with lesson plans

4. 3.The District pastor will be on leave from 5th May 2013 to 3rd June 2013. Secretariat will run the district during the pastor’s leave period.
5. 4.There will be literature evangelism seminar at M’tendere main from Sunday 5th May 2013 to 10th May 2013 from 09:00hrs 16:00hrs. Carry packed lunch.
6. 5. All Personal Ministries leaders and crusade chairpersons to meet at Hellen Kaunda on Sabbath 4th May 2013 at 14:00hrs. Please come with reports.
7. 6. District Health department and all local health leaders to meet at M’tendere main on 11th May 2013 at 16:00hrs and not 5th May 2013 as earlier communicated.
8. 7.There will be prayer conference on Sunday 12th May 2013 at M’tendere from 09:00hrs to 16:00hrs. All are invited, come with packed lunch.
9. 8. May is Drug awareness month, please let us sensitize our members on the dangers, effects and use of drugs

11 10. Church Crusades begins on 5th May 2013 and A.Y Parades day to be held on the same date at NRDC football pitch, contact the district youth leaders for clarifications.
12 11. There will be Inter district choir rotation on 11th May 2013.
13 12. 19th May 2013 will be Dorcas/AMO needy day
14 13. Young Adults and Ambassadors Bible conference will start on Friday 24th May 2013. Venue to be announced later.
15 14.There will World day of prayer for children at risk on Sabbath 25th May 2013 in all churches.
16 15. The District treasurer, elder Sibindi is thanking all members from all churches for the moral and spiritual support rendered during the demise of his sister. May God richly bless you all.
