Sabbath 9th November 2013 Announcements
1. The church would like to Welcome back the Joy Bells and the Youth Choir who went for the inter district choir rotations programme in Kanyama district last Sabbath.
2. The Annual Week of Sacrifice which started last Sunday comes to an end today. In the afternoon we shall have a Bible Study on Revelation Chapter 18.
3. Next Week will be Spiritual Education and Nurture Day.
4. The next Building promotion will be on the 30th November, 2013, we are all urged to prepare our financial contributions.
5. There will be a Personal Ministries Council after main service. All respective heads of Departments to attend
6. All District Heads of Departments should have submitted their 2014 Draft Time managements and budgets by now since the deadline of 5th November has passed. However if there are still some who haven’t, to please do so by tomorrow Sunday 10th November 2013 to either Elder A. Makasalo, Elder P Sililo or Elder A.C Ntomba.
7. There will be an AMO outing to Kalimba Farm on 24th November 2013. Each participant to pay K60.00. All AMO members are urged to pay and go for socialization.
8. Lusaka East Mission District is expected to collect 5000 GREAT HOPE BOOKS from the Conference to be shared among the Churches for Church members to buy at a fee of only K2.50 per copy. Elders are therefore advised to heavily promote these books beginning today.
9. There shall be a Stewardship and Strategic Planning Committee (SSPC) induction at Libala Church on tomorrow Sunday 10th November, 2013. Time 08:30 hours to 15:00 hours. Required are all District SSPC members viz: Chairperson, Treasurer, Stewardship Leader, Auditor and other Committee members.
10. There will be a ZBUC ASI (Adventist Laymen’s Services and Industries) Annual Convention on 28th November to 1st December, 2013 at Mulungushi International Centre.

11. There will be a meeting for all Dorcas workers, all Adventist Men Organization (AMO) and all Lay Preachers on 24th November, 2013 at Libala SDA Church at 08:30hrs to prepare for the 2014 ZBUC Festival of the Laity.
12. (i) There will be a meeting for the Conference Music Executive Committee Members at
Libala Church on 17th November 2013 starting 09:00hrs.
(ii) There will be a Conference Music Council meeting at Libala Church on 24th November
2013 at 09:00hrs. Conference executive members, sub-committee members and district
Music leaders (2013 and 2014 officers) are expected to attend.
13. There will be Literature Evangelism training at NRDC Church. This training will only be conducted on Sundays beginning on the 10th of November to 24th November 2013 starting at 08:00hrs.
14. There will be a Dorcas meeting at Kabwata SDA Church tomorrow Sunday the 10th of November 2013 starting at 08:00hrs. All zone leaders and federation leaders to attend and come with phone numbers for Dorcas leaders in your district.
15. All Churches to conduct membership audit before 16th December 2013. The Audit should produce two lists of membership as follows;
(i) The list or record of all members presents including those who may not be worshiping at your Church but you know where they are.
(ii) The list or record of all members who have gone missing
This information should reach the District secretariat by 16th December, 2013.
16. All Local AY Leaders who did not submit the registration forms (December Camp) last week, to submit the forms to the AY District Planning Chairman Br. Ignitius Malunga of Chitukuko tomorrow Sunday Nov. 10, 2013.
17. Free Driving lessons will continue tomorrow Sunday at Mtendere Main at 09Hrs.
