  1. Joy Bells Choir have gone to Palabana to Mark the end of Stewardship Month (February 22, 2014). Hellen Kaunda is hosting the Soul Stirrers. 

  2. We shall have a Church board and Business Meeting tomorrow at 08:30hrs and 14:00hrs respectively. The agenda is to approve the Time Management and Budget for 2014. All members of the church board and business meeting are urged to observe time

  3. There will be Mass Baptism on March 22, 2014. All those wishing to be baptized to prepare and register in the baptism class in advance. 

  4. The Great Hope Books for personal witnessing are being sold at K2.50 by the treasurer. All are invited to purchase the books particularly for 2014 Year of Evangelism where each member is expected to bring in at least one soul. Adventist Beliefs are also available on request.  

  5. Health Expo which was supposed to take place on March 8, 2014 has been moved to April 6, 2014.

  6. There will be a Pathfinder fair preparation programme at Mass Media Church tomorrow Sunday February 23, 2014 from 08hrs to 16Hrs. All Pathfinders to be in uniform with parked lunch. 

  7. There will be a meeting for all local Health Committees at Mtendere main tomorrow Sunday February 23, 2014 at 09hrs. 

  8.  There will be a Lusaka Conference Music Seminar at Libala SDA Church on 12th March 2014 from 08hrs. 

  9. There will be a Spirit of Prophecy seminar at Mtendere Main SDA on 23 February, 2014. The local church SOP leaders and elders-in-charge must attend the seminar. Church members are also invited to attend the meeting. The seminar will start at 08:00hrs & end at 13:00hrs. 

  10. All Churches to prepare monthly Evangelism reports and report how they are using their Sabbath school action units and submit by the 30th of every month to the Pastors Office.

  11. The Pathfinder Camporee will be held in Livingstone from 13 – 19th April, 2014 at LBES College. It will be a historical event with an anticipated attendance of 6000 delegates (Pathfinders and Leaders). The District Executive would like to hear from the churches the preparation made so far for our Pathfinders to attend this grand event.

  12. There will be SID AMO rally in Zimbabwe (Solusi) from April 1 - 5, 2014. Payments are as            follows                        - Registration = US dollar 55 per person                        - Accommodation = US dollar 22                        - Meals = US dollar 6 per meal (3meals a day ×6 =18×5days = 90 US dollars

  1.             The deadline for payment of registration fee is 28th February 2014.

  2. There will be an SID Children's Ministries Leaders Convention from 12 - 15 March, 2014 at Birchwood Hotel in Johannesburg, South Africa. Registration fee is R3 000 (K1 800) for full board (hotel conference & meals) and R2, 000 (1,150) for conference and meals only. Transport to and from Johannesburg is at the participant's expense. Deadline for registration is 31January, 2014. Those who will register after January 31 will be required to pay (late registration which is R4, 000. Those required to attend are;
